Today is Frillly Friday. And this is frilly but simple - which is the way I like it. Which is why I am writing this post, and not Jeff.

Let’s say you’re a runner. Jeff is a runner - he puts in about 50 miles/week on his special $120 sneakers. And he wears special clothes known to wick away moisture, so your body can spend less energy trying to cool your skin down and more energy can be put towards GO-Go-Go.
