Everybody will be talking about what the stars are wearing on the Red Carpet as they arrive for the 80th Annual Academy Awards on Sunday and as we did last year, we’ll be giving you the story underneath the Oscars. Once again, we’ll be live blogging the Red Carpet arrivals.
