The folks on E! are claiming that Nicole is braless this evening. Ryan Seacrest said that she’s cold because he could see the hair standing up on her arms. I don’t see any nipple, and one would assume we would if she were braless and was cold. Rachel and I think the E! folks are making that call because of her backless dress. We think she’s wearing something convertable like the Fantasie 8940 Ivory Rose Backless Bra at right.

We’re looking at Nicole presenting now and we’re still arguing bout it. We’re in agreement she’s wearing something. She’s looking more buxom than in years pat, so either she’s had surgery (doubtful) or she’s wearing something that is padded. We both doubt she’s braless.
