International T-Shirt Day
T-Shirt Day is on the first day of summer, June 21. The T-Shirt Day website says Tshirts are the most universal fashion garment of the decade. I might argue underwear is, but based on the gender-crossing lines of most tshirts, I can accept the T-Shirt instead.
For today’s T-Shirt day I opted to wear my Mother Nature T-Shirt by Green Envy. All GreenEnvy T-Shirts are made from 100% organic cotton, and this one has a great fit. I love thinking I am a size medium, ordering a size medium, and fitting right into a size medium T-Shirt I saw online. This shirt has the curved waist and shorter sleeve of a ladies T-Shirt without being skin tight, see-through or itty bitty capped sleeves of a juniors T-Shirt.
I also love that GreenEnvy’s designers have developed a line of products that utilize recycled materials and organic fabrics to reduce the impact on our environment and health.
You can check out their website for apparel, jewelry, mints, tea, accessories and more. We love these Circle of Life earrings made entirely of recycled alloy metal and acrylic beads.
