We live in Florida where the summers are hot and steamy (humid). Light sheer fabrics have a cool, yet sexy appeal to us as Floridians suffering through this sweltering time of year. So, it’s no surprise that we’ve been on a sheer fabrics kick pretty much all summer. In fact, we haven’t shown you anything satin for Frilly Friday since May!

Don’t get us wrong. We love satin. It’s deliciously shiny and soft. That’s precisely why we find this set from Harlequin so irresistible. The Harlequin Aragon balconette bra is composed of matte satin underwire demi cups that provide moderate coverage. The bustline is decorated with beautiful embroidery that evokes images of lavish jewels. The non-stretch center gore is decorated with a rosebud appliqué atop a dainty ribbon.

Pair the bra with the equally elegant boxer thong and you’ve got one fine looking ensemble. The jewelry-esque embroidery of the bra’s bustline is echoed in similar embroidery that flanks the cotton center panel of this gorgeous thong. The rosebud appliqué and matching ribbon make an appearance as well, resting elegantly in the center of the elastic waistband.
