Here’s something that first caught our eyes as a bridal set. Somehow though, June got away from us and we never featured it. So we thought we’d wasted our opportunity to feature a perfectly elegant lingerie set. After all, people only get married in June, right?

Then we looked a little more closely and saw the black version. We soon realized that this is such a fine looking set that it is our duty as lingerie aficionados to share this bountiful harvest of polyester, nylon and spandex with the rest of the world.

And so we do…

The Simone Perele Fidji Set (at least as we know and love it) consists of a demi bra, a thong and a garter belt. The bra is quite delicate with sheer mesh cups embellished with scalloped edges and floral embroidery. The twin straps add a further element of elegance - or perhaps we just have twin strings on the brain this week.

The thong has very pretty sheer mesh sides with embroidered decorations that are reminiscent of butterflies. The front panel is solid and the tiny bit of fabric in the rear is also solid and decorated with intricate embroidery. The garter belt is also constructed of sheer mesh with delicate embroidery throughout. The center is embellished with a small bow. The straps are fully adjustable.

So, even though it’s July and even if you’re not getting married, this Simone Perele Fidji set is worth a look.
