Charmed for Teens

Have you heard about the new line of bras and panties by Maidenform for the younger set? “Charmed” is great for tweens and teens. This new line has great style, but not at the sacrifice of fit and comfort.

My teen daughters tried the unique Lace bandeau bra from the Charmed line. The top is cut straight across, so you can layer this under low cut or v-necked shirts and it looks like you have a lace cami peeking out. But it’s cooler (as in temperature) because it covers just your chest and does not go down to your waist like a cami. Wide lace details on the shoulder straps also can show without looking like a bra sticking out. It has partial underwires only along the outer cups – which I have never seen before – to provide just enough support without discomfort. Darts at the front of the cups provide additional shaping. Side seams with boning provide support and keep it in place. Elastic along top and bottom of wings for custom fit and comfort. 2-hook closure in back and adjustable straps. No lining or padding in the front – it’s not even divided into cups. A great starter bra.

My girls found the lace to be just itchy enough that they remembered it was on, but not so itchy that it was uncomfortable. I even caught my daughter sleeping in hers one night. It’s cute and fun, and can be worn in a variety of situations. It comes in pink and black. A non-lace version is available, as well as matching panties.
